Due to a severe technical fault, we have had to rebuild the web portal server over the last couple of weeks. 

We are now in the last stages of testing, which should mean we are up and running in the next couple of days.

Please be assured that this is a high priority issue for us as we know what a useful tool the portal is for our clients.
