To actively lead and manage the team of financial advisers and office managers within a designated geographical area.
To ensure the delivery of Ashcourt Rowan Financial Planning sales plans and strategies through the achievement of sales targets of the individual advisers and overall area.
To ensure new clients are sourced and/or additional assets secured from existing clients in line with specified targets.
To develop relationships with key intermediaries and business introducers, including identifying new potential introducers, and building and maintaining relationships to obtain business introductions.
To develop and deliver a business development plan for their area and to support the regional director in achievement of ARFP revenue targets.
